Beautiful Victorian 1-bed flat in charming Stoke Newington

About this space:
A beautiful, quiet, terrace street in the heart of Stoke Newington. A minutes walk to everything you could want, park, bars, restaurants, boutique shops, Stoke Newington is a great place to be and the flat is on a tranquil, safe street just off Church street. There's a double bed and above it there's a child's high bunk bed and there's a superb sofa bed in the sitting room. Outdoor space as well, great place to chill and work, hang out in Stoke Newington and visit London!

The space:
There's a desk in the bedroom where you can work, or in the kitchen or in the garden, WiFi reaches to all.

There's an electric piano in the sitting room and a guitar, and there's an arcade machine so you can reminisce about all those games you used to play!

There's a basement which has a second fridge/freezer if needed.

If you need to park, I can get day permits for £5.50 per day or 2-hour permits for £2.25. Parking restrictions are 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Fri, and 8.30am-1.30pm Sat. Sunday & bank holidays are free.
