Sublime air-conditioned apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, extremely well located At the crossroads of the Grands Boulevards, close to several famous shopping streets. Chic, modern, tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a typically successful Parisian stay with family or friends.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung war gerĂ€umig, sauber und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, was sie zu einem echten zweiten Zuhause macht. Der Gastgeber hat alles getan, um meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Bei meinem nĂ€chsten Besuch in Paris werde ich zweifellos wieder hierher zurĂŒckkehren. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft.

Mein Ehepartner, ich und ein weiteres Paar verbrachten vier NĂ€chte hier und die privaten Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Badezimmern waren fantastisch! Wie andere Kritiker bereits erwĂ€hnt haben, waren die Möbel nicht sehr bequem, insbesondere die Betten und Sofas, wobei die Sofas in besonders schlechtem Zustand waren. Die Zimmer waren jedoch Ă€ußerst gerĂ€umig – viel grĂ¶ĂŸer als alle Hotelzimmer, in denen wir bisher ĂŒbernachtet haben! Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in Gehweite sowie anderen Vierteln. Wir wurden nicht vom StraßenlĂ€rm gestört und die VerdunkelungsvorhĂ€nge waren eine nette Geste. Der Gastgeber war Ă€ußerst kommunikativ!

Ich habe vom 15. bis 18. November 2024 hier gewohnt. Die Lage, der Komfort, die Bequemlichkeit, die Reaktionsbereitschaft und das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis waren alle großartig. Diese Wohnung ist perfekt fĂŒr zwei Paare, die sich eine Wohnung teilen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen auf gegenĂŒberliegenden Seiten der Wohnung, das Wohnzimmer liegt dazwischen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer, und es gibt noch ein drittes Badezimmer. Direkt vor der HaustĂŒr des GebĂ€udes gibt es ein CafĂ© und einen Supermarkt, wo Sie alle Dinge des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs kaufen können. Die Verwaltungsagentur ist Ă€ußerst reaktionsschnell und antwortet immer innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Vor unserer Ankunft haben sie uns ein E-Handbuch mit allen notwendigen Anweisungen zum Ein- und Auschecken und zur Verwendung der GerĂ€te in der Wohnung gegeben. Gegen eine zusĂ€tzliche (angemessene) GebĂŒhr besteht auch die Möglichkeit, frĂŒh mittags einzuchecken und spĂ€t um 14 Uhr auszuchecken, was wir genutzt haben und womit wir zufrieden waren. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich hatte vom Moment der Buchung bis zum Auschecken eine tolle Erfahrung. Unser Gastgeber war Ă€ußerst entgegenkommend und die Lage war perfekt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und CafĂ©s in Gehweite. Im Opernviertel gibt es viel zu sehen und zu tun, und diese Lage ist ideal dafĂŒr. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen Paris-Urlaub braucht. Es gibt einen tollen Lebensmittelladen gleich um die Ecke, was es sehr praktisch macht. Ich kann eine Buchung hier wĂ€rmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich das nĂ€chste Mal in Paris bin.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser perfekten Wohnung. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos und die Anweisungen enthielten Fotos, sodass wir uns ganz leicht zurechtfanden. Die Nachbarschaft war fantastisch, mit vielen Restaurants und einer BĂ€ckerei direkt im Erdgeschoss, die jeden Tag köstliche Croissants anbot. Wir liebten es, herumzulaufen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können diesen Ort fĂŒr Ihren nĂ€chsten Urlaub wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war praktischerweise nur wenige Gehminuten vom Gare du Nord und den U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt. Das GebĂ€ude selbst war wunderschön und vermittelte uns einen Eindruck vom Pariser Leben. Der Platz im Inneren war perfekt fĂŒr zwei Paare und verfĂŒgte neben anderen Annehmlichkeiten ĂŒber eine Klimaanlage. Das einzige Problem war, dass das Schlafzimmer mit dem Badezimmer, das durch eine SchiebetĂŒr abgetrennt war, ĂŒberhaupt keine TĂŒr hatte, sodass es keine PrivatsphĂ€re gab. GlĂŒcklicherweise gab es neben dem Wohnbereich ein drittes, vollwertiges Badezimmer. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und hoffentlich ist die TĂŒr bis dahin repariert!
