This is a great apartment in Chelsea! Well appointed with everything we needed for a week-long stay. We always felt safe and secure, and it’s a very nice and quiet area. We loved the access to the river boat on the Thames. Good communication with the hosts too!

Check in was easy. And we greatly appreciated being let in early to drop off our bags. Very pretty place. It had everything we needed. We felt safe and it was quiet! Also very convenient to the train station.

Our stay was average overall. The property had some positives, but there were several issues that affected our experience. No shampoo was provided, the mattress had broken springs and was uncomfortable, and the clothes dryer did not work even though it was listed as an available amenity on the VRBO site.We informed the host about these issues during our stay. The host was responsive in communication, but unfortunately no solutions were provided while we were there.

Disappointed that your stay was only average, this is a first for us. Bed 2 has been checked on your departure, and as I thought it doesn't have springs it has wooden slats so not sure why you found discomfort. The dryer was also checked and no fault found. Thank you for your comments, we do take them seriously.
