Unfortunately there are only three bedrooms and not as advertised four. The fourth bedroom is in the dining room. The terraces are fine, but not clean. The house were clean, but not easy to find.
The house is a perfect location for walking along the boardwalk. The sea is beautiful and the town is a lovely walk. We enjoyed our 7 week stay very much.

The property is in a secure gated community with a nice restaurant 50metres away. The boardwalk pathway which is just a 100metres from the property runs along the beach all the way to Estepona but its circa 5km to Estepona. A lovely well.maintained walk but perhaps a stretch too far for many. Whilst the property is slightly dated it has all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. A pleasant terrace with a shaded dining area on the ground floor and a further terrace on the roof with limited shade but comfortable in the evening.
There are two further restaurants along the coast path I mentioned earlier. One only 10 mins walk. The other near El padron beach approx 15-20 mins walk.
Estepona itself has an abundance of restaurants and has a charming old town with historic squares 5km or so from the property.
Very nice place. Just a few meters from the coast. The house has everything you need - espeicially the kitchen is with everything fitted.
Only the bed in the main sleeping room is very small. 20 cm more wood be much better.
Very nice roof top terrace. With the grill and the jacuzzi. Only a good sun protection is missing.

Great location. Secure parking. We have stayed in Estepona 3 times and consider it the best town on the Costa del Sol. House spacious with 3 terraces/hot tub that we appreciated. Kitchen had enough utilities. Access to boardwalk/beach. Cafe/wine bar close by. Owner responsive.
Das Reihenhaus liegt am Rand von Estepona, direkter Zugang zum Kiesel-Strand und zur kilometerlangen Uferpromenade. Parken vor dem Haus, in einer eingezäunten Wohnanlage. Sehr empfehlenswert. Nachbarschaft sehr nett. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse ist wirklich ein großer Vorteil. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
Great location, very clean, problems with furniture
The rental management company is very responsive. The house is very convenient to the beach, dining, etc. I highly recommend checking out the Wild restaurant which is literally steps away from the house. Because of the season we didn't use the pool, but the hot tub is fantastic. It was also nice to have a washer and clothes lines for laundry. We don't have kids, but for those who do there are baby gates on all steps as well as a high chair. There are detailed instructions about the house and appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. The cons: one side of the sofa came off when I put my arm on it; the loveseat was so uncomfortable that it was unusable (sit down gingerly to avoid the shock of hard surfaces); one of the bureau drawers had fallen apart; no hand soap was provided in the bathrooms; one of the kitchen drawers was stuck but I was able to get it back on the track.
Enjoyed our stay in Estepona, property was further away from town for eating out etc than we had thought, was ok as we had a car.Disappointed in cleanliness of hot tub, filled with fresh water but tub not cleaned, dirty brown tide mark around tub. That aside we enjoyed our stay.
A lovely large 3 bed townhouse. Hot tub & large roof solarium with a built in bbq. 3 large bedrooms & 2 good size bathrooms with a terrace off the master & 1 twin room. Huge lounge dinner & lovely open terrace. Plenty of room for a large family. Great to also have a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Just a short walk through the Urbanizacion to the sea & a beautiful stroll to the main town of Estepona is about 2km along seafront & it’s well maintained walkway. The communal pool is great.
Jaroslaw the owner was always at the end of the phone if needed & very helpful. I found key pickup was easy as we got the bus from the Airport to Estepona & it was a couple of minutes walk to pick it up. So Definitely recommended key pick up in Estepona. If you intend to do a bit of traveling you definitely need a car as buses can be a bit unreliable.
La Cafe Literol (our go to place) & King Sushi are highly recommended & only 15-20 min walk.

We are from Canada and chose this beautiful house for our 3-month stay (to get away from Winter). I wanted to be near the Promenade (by the sea) for my daily walks and the Carrefour shopping centre (5 minutes away by car). Jaroslaw, the host, was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions and requests. Hope you have a great Summer Jaroslaw and thanks, again.
First issue was key pick up was at least a 30 minute drive from the property. I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and the key box was inoperable. Thankfully management was still in the office and with a key, able to access the key.
The house was fine but needed a deep cleaning and airing. Not terribly welcoming after a stressful arrival to find dust and smell. Once we opened windows and doors the scent dissipated from every room except the downstairs bath.
One of the reasons we selected the property was to have an available washer and dryer as this one included in the listing. There was no dryer and when I contacted the manager was told there was no tumble dryer just an air dryer. I responded asking what an air dryer was and where, but the management response was that the office was closed until Monday. Annoyingly I was told as we were leaving that an “air dryer” is a drying rack. I’m grateful my issue was just an inconvenience as the office was closed during our entire visit.
The home needs cleaning and updating but was functional. Did not enjoy the 30 minute drive to return the keys. This detail was not shared until after the property was booked and was another inconvenience which would have resulted in our not selecting the property much like the type of “dryer”.
All of this maybe typical for the area but add in the cleaning fees that were higher than the overnight fees and ultimately I can’t recommend staying.
Bel emplacement dans un gated à 150 m de la mer et surtout du chemin de promenade qui permet d’aller à pied ou en Velo à Estepona, seul bémol cette maison est dans le haut du domaine très proche de l’ A7 qui est très bruyante joue et nuit..

We had a great time (3 weeks!) in Garden Beach with grandparents and small kids. The house and area was exactly as described in the listing. The neighbourhood is calm, the seaside is great, i.e. beautifully managed promenade (you can walk to Estepona), amazing views, excellent sandy beach for kids, cool chiringitos in 5-min walk, supermarket in 5-minute drive. Good starting point for 1-day trips (Malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda, etc.). Our host was always easy to reach, and always super helpful. The house was indeed well equipped, clean and had a good layout for a big family gateway (e.g. well separated bedrooms with “private” bathrooms). Large livingroom!
The only thing I missed is the pool area which was not operational, but our stay was in May which is definitely pre season.
All in all we do recommend Garden Beach if you are looking for a holiday house with family where you can feel like home!

El propietario es genial nos dejó la salida del inmueble una hora después para no tener que recoger tan precipitado al salir , nos tenía el jacuzzi caliente y todo. La comunicación con el fue buena .con respecto al inmueble decir que está en una zona privilegiada.

The accommodation has every thing needed for our stay, with plenty of space including 3 outside areas, the house was very comfortably furnished and clean. The kitchen was provided with everything required for our stay, with all mod cons. The hot tub on the roof terrace was a real bonus. Only drawback was keys had to picked up and dropped off at 40 minutes away near Malaga, complete pain when flying into Gibralta ans should be highlighted in before hand.
The home is one of a group with road and beach gates. It is large and spacious with lots of room for 6. Key pickup and dropoff are somewhat remote. Location is close to the old town and centre but somewhat far for walking.
We had a great stay at the beach house. The house is fully equipped and everything was neat and clean. The house is centrally located in relation to charming Estepona and Marbella, but you are also quickly in the hinterland for beautiful road trips and walks. Contact with owner Jaroslaw went smoothly. In short, we look back on a nice holiday.
The location was very good, close to beach and not far from Estapona city center. You can easily reach Estepona along the seaside trail (great for running, biking or just walking). Also a good base for weekend trips around the area e.g Ronda, Gibralter, Mijas etc.
The house is spacious, more then enough room for 2 plus we had a group of additional 4 visiting us for several days and all of us were more then comfortable. The jacuzzi on the top terrace was great.
We really enjoyed our one month stay!

I am 55 years old, have wife Anna and two daughters 24 and 15 years old. I love off-piste skiing, windsurfing and scuba diving but foremost my leisure time with family. This house in Estepona is a bit of pension/retirement plan and a lot of pleasure - we love to come over whenever we can - we put a lot of time into making this place better and better for our guests.
Why they chose this property
We once visited the nearby Kempinsky hotel and got so in love and impressed with the area that we decided that we want to buy something here for vacation and retirement. When house come out on the market we did not think for long - it is fantastically positioned in first line, adjacent to sea urbanization, very spacious and comfortable with private garden and sun roof with barbecue area. We modernized house by completely replacing the air-conditioning, putting the new roof, removing the so called 'splash tube' which is not really usable and replacing it with spacious 4 people Jacuzzi. Home is also equipped with two sets of garden furnitures and sun beds on the roof. Everything is prepared with an top comfort for one bigger or maybe two smaller families in mind. Every guest so far was very, very satisfied.
What makes this property unique

Spacious house with 3 bedroom and two bathrooms sleeping 6 + 2 on convertible sofa in a living room or + 1 in baby cot. Situated next door to the luxury Kempinski and Mar Azul Hotels, this secure gated complex has a pool, children's pool, gardens, restaurant. There is easy access to the beach. Casares Golf, with its restaurant and clubhouse, is about 15 km drive away from the property. This townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloak room and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The lounge dining area opens onto a lovely private terrace and garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size and full en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a joint terrace overlooking the private garden. The second and third bedroom both have twin beds. The property has a large roof sun terrace with private spa bath and built-in barbecue. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the house includes a parking in front of the house and basement storage area.
