Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, set away from the living space for restful nights.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with quality linens and French doors opening onto a private patio — ideal for a quiet coffee or winding down after the day.
The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed with soft lighting and a cosy feel.

The modern shower room includes strong water pressure, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and quality toiletries.

☀️ Living Space (First Floor)

Upstairs is a bright, open-plan living area designed for relaxing together. There’s a comfortable lounge, a dining table for four, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy meals, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine.

French balcony doors bring in natural light and fresh sea air, giving the space an open, relaxed feel.

Kemptown is one of Brighton’s most characterful neighbourhoods, with independent cafés, pubs, and shops just moments away. The seafront is a short walk, with the Lanes and Palace Pier also easily reached on foot.

The house is professionally cleaned before each stay and includes fast Wi-Fi and everyday essentials. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. A Ring doorbell camera is fitted at the front entrance.

For a slower pace, Brighton Marina is around a 20-minute walk east, with waterfront dining, leisure activities, and coastal views.

Brighton is a lively seaside city on England’s south coast, around 47 miles from London. Trains from Gatwick Airport reach Brighton Station in around 30 minutes, while driving typically takes 35–45 minutes depending on traffic.

From the station, taxis are easy to find and usually cost £5–£10 to reach the house. Once here, Brighton is best explored on foot, and you’ll be well placed for the beach, attractions, cafés, and restaurants.

This is a home rather than a hotel, so we ask guests to treat the space with care. While we’re responsive via messages, there is no on-site staff.

Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and a £250 fee applies if detected.
