The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users, however, the ground-floor bedroom (photo left) is ideal for guests with mobility issues, with direct access to the garden and a shower equipped with a foldable seat.

The house offers generous dining and seating areas ideal for socialising, as well as quiet corners for those looking for a moment to relax and recharge. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

Casale delgi Olivi is the perfect place to explore the Umbrian countryside.It is centrally located near so many beautiful cities big and small, golf courses, hiking trails wineries and local restaurants. If you are a cyclist, the country roads are endless and the water activities at Lake Trasimeno will keep everyone entertained. The house is inviting with plenty of room for friends and family. It is clean and well furnished and the views are captivating from all the windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and comfortable. The pool is perfect for warm weather fun and relaxation. The host takes excellent care of his guests, checking in, sharing information about local events and activities and assisting with any travel questions.I can’t imagine a better home away from home.

Fabulous!! Look no longer!!

Our stay at San Giovanni del Pantano was truly perfect! The villa was exactly as shown and the location was perfect for easy day trips. Rolando was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Alyona was there to greet us and always available throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and full of charm! We enjoyed the pool and it’s stunning views and look forward to returning for a longer stay!

Why they chose this property

Casale degli Olivi, is a very comfortable family-friendly property with large communal areas bedrooms. Spacious terraces and commanding views of the valley below. The sunset just across the hill opposite the house. It is peaceful and relaxing place to have a holiday with friends and family.

What makes this property unique

The house is located near the most beautiful medieval towns in Umbria. Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Montefalco, Corciano, Arezzo and many others. There is a golf course just 2 km away.
