Conveniently situated close to the Nuova Nube chairlift, this sunny studio is quietly located on the second floor (with a lift) of a four-story building. The property features central heating, ski-storage and access to a private balcony, providing the perfect spot for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the serene mountain views.

The main living space incorporates a modern kitchen and is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen HDTV. This space leads through to two built-in bunk beds, positioned next to the bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven and a fridge.

Location

Studio Valleverde is located in the popular resort of Sestriere, which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics. The residence is very conveniently located close to the ski slopes, and in the winter, guests can ski in and out of the apartment. The slopes around the resort suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. Just next door, guests will find the Nuova Nube chairlift, which transports skiers from Sestriere up to the Colle Banchetta area situated at 2,530 meters.

Below the apartment, guests will find a range of shops, a minimarket, ski rental and a ski school, as well as restaurants.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. Close to the apartment, there is a beach volleyball court, a padel court, a football pitch and a playground. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.
