Apartment located in the center of Nerja, consists of two rooms, large terrace to spend evenings reading or pleasant evenings, the kitchen is fully furnished with all the appliances you can have in your home (fridge, hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and different utensils necessary for a pleasant stay. You can also have parking (optional) in the basement of the same building price to consult with the owner.
The apartment is in a building where the best construction materials have been searched using good taste.
Plaza España is just 200 meters from two central beaches of Nerja, beautiful for its coves, Calahonda beach and the lounge beach. It is located in the same way in the center of the historic center of Nerja, where there are several shops for shopping such as coffee shops and restaurants, post banks, all within 100 meters in the wonderful pedestrian street of the municipality
