Welcome to our beautifully restored four-bedroom period home, tucked away at the end of a peaceful lane near the village of Welland, Worcestershire. Blending historic charm with modern comforts, it is the perfect countryside retreat for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to escape to the Malvern Hills.

Step inside and you’ll find a home designed for both relaxation and togetherness. A bright reception with bay windows offers a quiet spot for reading, while the adjoining family room with comfortable sofas and a smart TV is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventures. At the heart of the house lies the kitchen, a welcoming space with an Everhot range, bean-to-cup coffee machine and dining table large enough for everyone to gather and share meals. A cloakroom and utility room make life easy for muddy boots and laundry, while a study with log-burning stove and countryside views provides a peaceful retreat for work or reading.

Upstairs, the master suite is a highlight with its super-king bed, private dressing room and smart TV. Two further king bedrooms and a cosy single offer comfortable accommodation for families or groups, and the family bathroom provides both a refreshing shower and a long soak in the tub depending on your mood.

Step outside and you’ll discover two acres of gardens to explore, including a traditional orchard, formal lawns, and a central courtyard that makes an inviting space for al-fresco dining and entertaining. Located just a short drive from Upton-upon-Severn and Malvern, our home is perfectly placed for exploring the local area. Wander through independent shops, relax in cosy pubs and cafés, or time your stay with one of the area’s lively festivals. The Three Counties Showground is only three miles away and hosts everything from RHS flower shows to antiques fairs. Local farm shops and nearby supermarkets make stocking up simple, while the stunning Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds are within easy reach, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling and nature escapes.

Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a countryside escape with friends, or simply a break in beautiful surroundings, our former vicarage offers space, comfort and character in one of Worcestershire’s most picturesque settings.

Please note: For guests bringing small children, one of the king beds is very high, we have a log-burner in the home and a wildlife pond.
