About this property
Homestead - Cosy Cotswolds Cottage with Hot Tub
Summary:
Hot chocolate tastes better in a cottage, and Prosecco tastes better in a hot tub, something worth remembering as we welcome you to Homestead Cottage, lovingly brought back to life after fifteen years. Once again a warm, three-bedroom retreat in the heart of South Cerney, it’s the perfect place to slow down and get lost in blankets and a good book.
The Space:
Inside you’ll find exposed beams and warm brick, that all add to that classic postcard cottage aesthetic. It’s a house with real character, whether you want to picture yourself on the set from The Holiday, or the kids want to imagine a fairytale escape (there’s even a well built into the floor of the kitchen).
Evenings are best spent by the fire, as the house fills with that special warm timber aroma. Or if you’d prefer, out in the garden under festoon lights, hot tub bubbling away, glass in hand.
This is a place for simple pleasures and easy company, where you can curl up with a good book, share slow dinners, and feel completely tucked away.

It’s that little extra layer of support we offer to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thoughtful service, that never gets in the way of a good moment.
Whether that means a slow morning with a fresh pot of tea and a long soak, or a day out exploring neighbourhoods and nature - we’ll guide you, so it all unfolds just the way you’ve pictured it.
