We had a fantastic stay at Fiona’s cottage. We’re really glad we decided to stay in Northleach. It was an excellent base for seeing the Cotswolds. The house is quiet but just steps away from a grocery store, butcher, pub and more. Parking was always easy to find. The cottage was very clean and was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked a few meals in. We appreciated having the dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the spacious bathroom. Highly recommended!

Let's talk about charm! This property is overflowing with wonderful English charm, clean and well-appointed amenities, and close access to all the wonderful things both Northleach and the Cotswolds have to offer. You are going to be pampered in the master bed, spoiled rotten in the beautiful bathroom, and exquisitely comfortable in the ground floor living area. You are no more than 5 minutes by foot from an excellent pub, Sherborne Arms, and very cute wine bar, The Curious Wine Cellar, in the market square. Also not a minute or two more past that and you're at a wonderful restaurant called The Wheatsheaf. Northleach is central to almost anything you want to see in the Cotswolds...castles, farms, iconic views, Oxford and Cambridge, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend booking this property for two and getting to know the English countryside!

We LOVED Mulberry Cottage. It starts with the full and precise information sent from the host Fiona. The moment you step through the gate into your private walled courtyard you feel welcomed. The interior is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is 'fully' equipped with everything you could possibly need. Cosy lounge area. TV, sonos, cosy cushikns and blankets. A dog bed, bowls, blanket and towel were all privided too. Flint loved it here.Comfy bed with great linen, and plenty of storage. Then theres the spacious Bathroom! Fabulous bath, and shower, with heated floor, lovely thick towels.Situated in the lovely quieter village of Northleach, all the charm less of the crowds, than the more well know Cotswold towns.Short walk to the lovely Wheatsheaf Inn, even closer is the Sherborne arms. We ate at both. Local shop for essentials, Fabulous bakery for hot pastries in the morning. The cottage has a huge amount of information on the local area and across the Cotswolds. We didn't use the car one day and did a lovely circular walk including the monarch way.But only 20 minute drive to Stow-on-the-wold, and Boughton on the water. Both the quintessential English towns you mustn't miss.Thank you for sharing this beautiful, perfect little home with us. We will most definitely recommend you to everyone, and hope to return again soon.

Wonderful stay in Northleach

We had a wonderful week stay at Mulberry Cottage in Northleach. Great location to all surrounding areas. Walking distance to The Wine Bar, amazing butchers and a few restaurants. The cottage was very nice and clean. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy. Nice little patio to sit outdoors and hear the church bells. Fiona was a charm to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay at Mulberry cottage again on our next trip to Northleach.

Magical stay

What a lovely cottage to stay in the beautiful Cotswold. Fiona was absolutely amazing as a host. Every thing was communicated in details. The cottage itself is very pretty with the back garden and the fairy lights, immaculate cleanliness. The surrounding area is peaceful, calm/quiet and so serene. Easy access to all attractions in Cotswolds. There is tons of Information inside the cottage for possibly everything that you might need. We made some magical memories during our stay and look forward for another stay in the future.

Lovely well kitted Cottage

We spent a lovely weekend in Fiona's beautiful cottage. The whole place is really nicely finished and has a very cozy feel. Underfloor heating throughout is great and the log burner adds an extra level of cozyness too. The kitchen is very well kitted out, bed is super comfy and the bathroom has a lovely large bathtub and excellent shower! The weather meant we couldn't enjoy the courtyard as much as we would have liked but the fairy lights are a lovely touch. The location was perfect for us, a quick walk to the cafe, shop and pub in Northleach, access to many walks from the doorstep and many more via a short drive in any direction. Communication from Fiona was perfect and there is tonnes of information in the cottage on how everything works and local recommendations. We had a lovely weekend here and would definitely recommend!
