the flat is located on the second floor of building R/1A of the Residenza del Pascià. This residence is located just 6 km from the lively town of Verbania with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops and about 20 km from the Swiss border. It is surrounded by a lush 60,000 m² park which is home to plants typical of Lake Maggiore as well as rare and exotic species. The lake area has 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), 2 tennis courts (clay and synthetic), a playground, bocce courts and a barbecue area with benches and tables, all free of charge for guests staying in the accommodation.
This complex is about 300m from a restaurant/pizzeria and a public beach. A footpath (about 150 metres) leads to the hamlet of Gonte, which has a small grocery shop, a bar, a restaurant/pizzeria, a post office and a pharmacy.
Cannero Riviera, with its renowned lido and various bars and restaurants, is about 4 kilometres away.
