From the bedroom, turning left leads to the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, and Smart TV, as well as the dining area with a table and seating for four guests.

To the right is a modern bathroom, equipped with a shower and glass screen, and further along is the second single bedroom, which includes a single bed (90 x 2 m), bedside table, and wardrobe.

The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round.

Enter the building through its main entrance, which is fully accessible and step-free, leading to a charming Andalusian-style hall/patio, from which the apartments are distributed across three floors.

To enjoy the sun and the views, guests have access to the communal rooftop terrace/solarium on the third floor (136 m²), equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs, and artificial grass, a perfect space to relax outdoors.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
