Large one bedroom apartment in the heart of Cannes with an en-suite shower room and a nice terrace.

Situated between the Martinez and the Carlton hotels, and just a few steps from the Croisette Beach front, this apartment is ideal for a short holiday in Cannes or for attending one of the conferences at the Palais des Festivals.

Set in a secure building, the the 5th floor, the apartment is very well furnished, comfortable and has lots of lovely natural light.

The bedroom has a small double bed and an en-suite shower room, there is also a separate shower room and toilet.

The kitchen is open plan and very well equipped with a nice dining table for up to 4 people. It open onto a lovely and comfortable living area with a sofa and coffee table. Both look out onto a terrace.

The apartment is airconditioned and has wifi.

The Croisette beach front is just a few steps away, the Carlton and the Martinez Hotels are under a 5 minute walk away and the Palais des Festials is about a 15 minute walk.
