I booked this place for holiday stay. When we arrived, there was another guest in the apartment. I had to book a last-minute hotel, which cost thousands of dollars, and was highly inconvenient given it was late at night and I had my young children with me after 24 hours of travel. The agency that listed the apartment, Belvilla, said they would refund my money, but haven’t done so nearly 10 days later. The company’s customer support has been unhelpful in resolving my issue. Stay away from this listing and any others listed by Belvilla.
