The villa was finished in 2025 using the finest materials. It’s one of the most beautiful villas in the region and it’s now offered for rent. Book now to be one of the first guests ever in this little gem!

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and spacious living area featuring a stunning, fully equipped design kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils etc. and comfortable lounge space ideal for gathering with family and friends. This level also includes two double bedrooms, one of which enjoys a beautiful sea view, along with two stylish bathrooms with showers.

The upper floor is dedicated to a luxurious suite with a double bed and wonderful sea view, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a large private terrace where you can soak in the breathtaking views and the tranquil atmosphere.

The basement level offers a cozy double room, an additional bathroom with shower, a second, beautifully equipped kitchen, and a small external terrace, perfect for quiet moments or enjoying a morning coffee.

Outside, a private swimming pool (approx. 40 sqm), open from early April to late October at least, invites you to relax under the sun, surrounded by the scents and colors of the Mediterranean landscape.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (hot or cold) in every room and offers free WiFi, a washing machine, 3 TVs, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

This villa is an exceptional retreat for those seeking luxury, privacy and authentic countryside charm all just a short drive from the coast.

The towns of Santa Maria di Leuca and Castrignano are approximately 4 km away, and the nearest supermarket is about 3.5 km away. The beach at Marina di Felloniche is 2.8 km from the house, and those of Pescoluse is about 10 km away. The villa is well-connected to Gallipoli, Maglie, Otranto, Lecce, and the other stunning art cities of Salento. Numerous boat rentals are available in the area, along with the opportunity to explore sea caves or enjoy water sports.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 12/11/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.

We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
