Set in unspoiled countryside just 7 km (4 miles) from Palazzolo Acreide and 20 km (12 miles) from Noto, our villa sits on a five-hectare estate surrounded by walnut and olive trees, framed by a beautifully landscaped English-style garden.
The villa features five elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a comfortable sitting area. The villa is composed of two buildings connected by a patio.
Outdoors, wide terracotta terraces furnished with tables and chairs invite you to relax in the evening breeze and gaze at a sky brilliantly clear of light pollution. An infinity pool and a spacious garden with sun loungers complete the setting, creating the perfect space to unwind.
The estate comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, ensuring both comfort and privacy. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach stunning beaches such as Noto, Avola, and Vendicari, as well as some of eastern Sicily’s most beautiful baroque towns, including Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Scicli.
Each bedroom includes a minibar, fresh linens, towels, soap, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, professional-grade cooktop, refrigerated counter, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all essential cookware.
There is no air conditioning; however, at 640 meters (2,100 feet) above sea level, the naturally cooler climate — combined with shutters and mosquito screens — ensures refreshing evenings thanks to the pleasant temperature difference between day and night.
Wi-Fi is available in the outdoor areas, though not inside the main residence.
Daily housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional fee.
A security deposit of €800 is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out.
