Stunning home in Rosolini SR

This characteristic stone house with pool is located about 4 km from Rosolini, in a very interesting part of Sicily. Ideal starting point to visit the beautiful cities of Noto (14 km) with its beautiful old town, Modica (18 km), famous for its typical chocolate, Scicli (23 km) and Syracuse (40 km), famous baroque cities. To the beaches of Pozzallo it is about 17 km and to the nature reserve Vendicari about 20 km. The house is simply furnished in rustic style and has stone floors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and independent entrance from the outside. In two bedrooms there is a sleeping place in an open gallery. The kitchen is located in a separate building a few meters away. The owner occasionally uses a room with independent entrance.

Location ideale per gruppi che amano stare in compagnia di amici. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno. cosa importante. Piscina piacevole. La posizione è ottima perché si raggiungono facilmente le principali mete turistiche della zona. necessita di manutenzione e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è coerente. Il Sig. Massimo molto gentile.

Villa parfaite pour les groupes

Spacieuse villa parfaite pour les groupes avec 6 chambres, chacune avec entrée personnelle, salle de bain et wc. 4 chambres sur 6 ont la climatisation à payer à la fin du séjour en fonction de la consommation. La piscine est grande et entourée d’un très bel espace vert fleuri parfaitement entretenu. Le salon est immense, la cuisine un peu petite et peu équipée mais avec une arrière cuisine avec un frigo, congélateur et lave linge. Le coin repas extérieur est sympa mais sans ouverture donc trop chaud. Le propriétaire est assez présent mais du coup à répondu assez rapidement à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande donc cette location très bien située pour visiter tout le côté est de la Sicile.
