The Villa Sea Breeze ~ Jarea by Escape Home is a completely renovated villa located in Playa Blanca, (Lanzarote Island, Canary Islands, Spain) surrounded by volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean; waters with a beautiful contrast of colours that you will not be able to forget.
It is located in the South area of the Island; modern design, with plenty of lighting and spaciousness; Distributed in a completely open space, thus integrating the different rooms: living room, kitchen, a spacious terrace and private heated outdoor pool. It has air conditioning in all rooms of the house, free WiFi, safe, latest generation alarm and private parking.
The living room is very spacious and has a 65" TV with the possibility of watching foreign channels, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils...). Additionally, you will find a room with a washing machine, ironing area and clothesline.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms en suite with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. All have air conditioning and flat-screen TV.
On its exterior you will find, heated private pool and jacuzzi, chillout area and a spacious garden with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the good weather that our island offers throughout the year.
