The beach promenade, 15 metres from the property, is part of the Camino de Ronda de Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja d'Aro.
Walking towards Platja d'Aro, you will find the jewel of Platja de Sa Conca.
The Camí de ronda from S'Agaró to Sa Conca is one of the essential routes on the Costa Brava. It is surely the most well-known and popular coastal path on the Costa Brava, suitable for the whole family.
The fact that it is a very easy, short and incredibly beautiful route makes it very visited.
It was declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest in 1995 by the Generalitat de Catalunya, and is very well preserved and arranged. It has great architectural and landscape value, due to its beautiful classic-style mansions and the carefully tended vegetation, typically Mediterranean, of its flowers and gardens.
The property is an apartment in an old building, high ceilings, corner, all exterior with 4 bedrooms, and a living room with 3 windows and sea views. Renovated kitchen and 2 bathrooms also renovated.
Before the entrance door there is a small landing with a table and two chairs to enjoy the tranquility looking out to sea.
It has air conditioning in the living room that gives freshness to the entire house. This apartment is accessed by a side staircase, very wide and comfortable.
The building is isolated, with no neighbors on the sides.
On the ground floor of the building there is a small luxury restaurant, but with all smoke outlets and noises super controlled. In addition, it is a restaurant with limited hours, with few seats and only serves lunch and dinner, it closes early, and we assure you that it does not interfere at all with the well-being of this property.
The master bedroom, also with a window and sea views. Another 2 bedrooms face the outside on the side of the building and the fourth room faces the back, to a small plot with pine trees and vegetation.

RULES OF USE OF THE PROPERTY:
Basically they are the same rules that each of us follows in our own homes. •TOURIST TAX: If not previously paid, the corresponding Tourist Tax must be paid at Check-in: €1 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (from 16 years old).
•THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE allowed to stay must be the same as that contracted in the rental voucher.
•SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside the accommodations. Nor is it ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES.
•GUARANTEE: In payments by card, an amount is retained as a security deposit. In other forms of payment, it must be paid at Check-in. Amount indicated in the reservation.
•Final CLEANING is done by our staff, but the house must be left in order and the garbage generated must be thrown away, following local recycling regulations.
•POOL. In accommodations that have a pool, with or without a protective fence, the responsibility for the care of minors falls exclusively on adult guests. In communal pools, it is mandatory to shower before entering the pool water.
•PETS. In pet-friendly accommodations, extreme care must be taken to avoid damaging furniture and equipment of any kind. If extra cleaning is required due to odor or fur in living areas, a charge may be incurred for this extra cleaning.
•CONSUMPTION. We ask for responsible consumption of supplies. If consumption exceeds more than 25% of the average, payment for this excess consumption may be required.
•CELEBRATIONS AND NOISE. Unless expressly authorized, any type of celebration or party is prohibited. In addition, regulations regarding noise and good neighborliness must be complied with at all times, both in the apartment and in common areas.
•BARBECUE. In establishments with barbecues, regulations regarding the use and fires of barbecues must always be complied with. The adult guest or guests are responsible for any possible consequences.
•COMMUNITY.
