Magnificent duplex flat, modern, quiet, and fully equipped, ideally located in a magnificent building in the center of Paris, 10 minutes from the HOTEL DE VILLE, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. The location is trendy, chic, and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's trendy bars, restaurants, and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

The apartment was in a great location and the communication with host was except ...

The apartment was in a great location and the communication with host was exceptional however the couch was a big disappointment. The picture in the ad showed a traditional leather like sofa and instead the cushion on the oversized sofa bed in the apartment would not stay in place and sloped one towards the floor. The other issue is that I believe there was something in the sofa and carpet that had small hairs of an animal. Unfortunately I had a serious allergic reaction inside the apartment and was miserable. I did acquire allergy medication that worked a little bit but my allergic symptoms vanished after leaving the apartment.

Eine hervorragende Wahl für jeden Paris-Besucher. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der wichtigsten Bahnhöfe, was das Erkunden der Stadt sehr einfach machte. Auch das Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren sehr praktisch, da sie meine Kleidung stets ordentlich aussehen ließen!

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist fantastisch, in der Nähe der Opéra Bastille und unweit des Centre Pompidou. Ich habe den separaten Eingang sehr geschätzt, da ich mich dadurch beim Kommen und Gehen sicher fühlte. Die Heizung funktionierte während meines Aufenthalts einwandfrei, und es war praktisch, dass bei längeren Aufenthalten eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung stand.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Appartement Le Marais! Die voll ausgestattete Küche war ein echtes Plus. Ich habe es genossen, mir mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mein eigenes Frühstück zuzubereiten. Der Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer war ebenfalls eine schöne Ergänzung. Alles in allem ein toller Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Pariser Entdeckungen!
