Maniace Homes, ideal for big families or friends, are located in the heart of Ortigia, few steps from Castello Maniace and Fonte Aretusa. Federico apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in June 2019, is located on the first floor of an 18th century building, “in Via del Castello Maniace", in the heart Ortigia, few steps from the famous Fonte Aretusa. Composed of a large and very well equipped open plan living room/ kitchen, with 1 sofa, a double bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor; on the second floor another bedroom, twin or double. It is ideal for couples and families with children. Ortigia is a small island, historical centre of the City of Syracuse. The island has always been a unique destination for travellers and today confirms its absolute authenticity and beauty. The island is the heart of Syracuse, the ideal place to relax in the sea, but also to take a dip in the Sicilian history and gastronomy.. City Tax: 4.0 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
