Easily accessible along I-80, and can fly into either Truckee, CA or Reno, NV.

Spend some time relaxing and enjoying this 1,500 sq. ft. Two Bedroom Villa. The Master bedroom allows you to unwind and sleep in with a king-size bed and spacious spa-like master bathroom en suite. Family can relax and spend time in either the second bedroom with king size bed or in the grand living room with queen sleeper sofa and fireplace and 40 or 50” TV with sound system and DVD player. Enjoy time entertaining family and friends in your fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and every kitchen utensil you'll need. The villa offers individual heat and cooling control for bedrooms and living room. Lastly, explore your private balcony with outdoor fireplace while soaking in the mountain surroundings. The villa also features a dining area, washer and dryer, and an in-room safe.

Brad and Santina live in Southern California with their two children. We are both in aerospace, and Brad is a Marine officer in the reserves. Brad is originally from Colorado and Santina is originally from Maine, and we love getting to experience winter weather and getting to ski whenever we can.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been going to Northstar for Christmas for several years. Living in Southern California, our only opportunity to experience real winter weather and give our kids a taste of what the Christmas season is like is when we use our week over Christmas at Northstar Lodge. We love this resort and the Northstar Village.

What makes this property unique

This is a luxury condo on the edge of Northstar Village. It offers ski in/ski out opportunities and all the amenities of being in the village and is a family oriented, family friendly resort that really lives up to the hype.
