The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, among others. It also has all the necessary kitchenware so you can comfortably prepare your meals.



Outside, you can enjoy a large private garden with garden furniture, a barbecue and a standard private pool. The property also has other amenities such as WiFi, a safe, an iron and satellite TV.



The location of the villa is ideal for families, as it is only 1000 metres from the Son Bou beach and a short distance from other places of interest such as the Son Parc golf course, Menorca airport and the Splash Sur Menorca water park.

This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
