Lovely villa fantastic views to the beach of Son Bou
This super villa is located on a hill resulting in incredible sea views from practically every room of the house, from the garden and from the pool area. The property is distributed over three floors with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, there are a total of 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, mpst of them on the entrance level and all with access to a spacious terrace and breath-taking views. Going down a level, are the family areas, consisting of an open plan living-dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and a guest toilet. This level opens to a huge terrace with a barbecue and to the pool area, where there is also an outdoor shower.
