This property is set across one floor, with ample living space, two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped for a relaxing group stay, complete with a breakfast room offering a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Each room has been carefully considered and thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. Settle down for the day in the cosy living room by the fire and spend dinner time at the dining table overlooking the garden.

Roe Barn features a private outdoor area complete a picnic bench and charcoal BBQ, perfect for summer evenings. Wander to the nearby fields and take in the countryside atmosphere. Immerse yourself in this property’s unique location by visiting much-loved Cotswolds trademarks such as Tetbury and Castle Combe.

Ground Floor

Living/Dining Room
This open plan living and dining area overlooks the yard and features a fire, smart TV, a sofa and two armchairs as well as a dining table.

Breakfast Room
Enjoy mornings in the breakfast room, complete with an extendable table and fridge/ freezer.

Kitchen
This well-equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, kettle, toaster with ample worktop space and storage.

Cloakroom
At the end of the barn is a cloakroom with a WC, basin and washing machine.

Bedroom One
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, two bedside tables, a TV, a large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothing storage.

Jack-and-Jill Bathroom
Each bedroom has access to the bathroom which features a bath with a shower over, WC and basin with storage. Both doors can be locked, acting as an en-suite for all guests.

Bedroom Two
Bedroom two features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Outside
Enjoy your own private garden with a charcoal BBQ and picnic bench, perfect for relaxed evenings in and immerse yourself in the tranquility of this location.

1 well-behaved dog welcome for an additional fee of £47 per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog and you will be sent a request for the additional fee.
There is a fenced area directly outside the barn, beyond this, dogs must be kept on a lead.
The owners live adjacent to the barn and have their own dog who you will see in the farmyard.
Please be advised that charging cars using the electricity supply at Roe Barn is not permitted, however there are two charging points opposite the Co-Op in Sherston.
