St Issey Vicarage is a detached Grade II listed Georgian manor house ideal for family get-togethers, situated in the pretty village of St Issey, which is 2 miles from the delights of Padstow and the north Cornish coast. It is an ideal launch pad for coastal adventures with the sandy beaches at Harlyn Bay, Treyarnon, Trevone and Constantine and a stunning coast path within a 10 minute drive. Padstow, with its reputation as a top UK foodie destination, is home to the famous restaurants of celebrity chefs, Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth as well as fashionable art galleries and boutique shops. The Ring O Bells pub is across the road and well known locally for serving good quality Cornish ales and home-cooked food. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP500 Note: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but dogs are not permitted upstairs. Note: The garden is not enclosed, so supervision is needed with children and dogs. Note: no hen/stag parties or similar.

The little gem of Padstow with its famous restaurants, tranquil harbour and interesting shops should not be missed, and the Camel cycling and walking trail from Padstow to Bodmin makes a great day out. Take the ferry across the Camel estuary to Rock, surf the Atlantic breakers at nearby Polzeath, visit up-and-coming Wadebridge, or enjoy the fabulous Eden Project (20 miles) - the perfect base for a perfect holiday.
