Stunning contemporary house amongst the dunes in Holywell Bay
Moonstones is a large contemporary newly constructed house built in amongst the dunes in a area of protected natural beauty which include the south west path. Holywell bay is approx 4 miles from the vibrant town of Newquay with all the amenities you require for a self catering family holiday or a group of friends.
For our younger guests Newquay offers a boating lake, a zoo and leisure world.
With direct access to the beach through the private garden gate
within minutes you will be on the beautiful sandy beach of Holywell Bay, ideal for surfing, dog walking or just chilling with a picnic. The garden is equipped with a brand new sauna and a 7 berth a heated whirlpool to ease your bones at the end of
a long enjoyable day, with plenty of seating in the garden to dine or socialise.
Outside is a private drive with parking for several cars, a EV charged is also provided.
Internally Moonstones holds 6 bedrooms along with 5 bathrooms, 2 TV rooms, fully equipped gym, a fully fitted utility room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers.
Bedroom 1 is the largest room with super king bed, garden access, ensuite with free standing bath and shower with double sinks. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with 2 single beds, Bedroom 3 is a king bed with garden access,Bedroom 4 is a twin room with 2 single beds along with garden access,Bedroom 5is a super king bed with shower room ensuite, Bedroom 6 is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully equipped with new , hairdryers etc.
On the first floor is the oversized living area granting the amazing views out to the dunes, sea and to your right the golf course, a balcony leads off the dining area allowing to enjoy alfresco food and drinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens,combination oven, coffee machine, induction hob, fridge, freezer, quooker tap, 2 dishwashers, kettles, toasters, cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc.
The Tv room boasts plenty of seating with a wall mounted TV and a picture window.
There is underfloor heating everywhere the heating is sourced via a heat pump system, the windows are triple glazed thermostatic which make the whole house toasty. The wifi is super fast and there are game consoles connected to both TV's.
Dogs are welcome, please keep dogs off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request along with a stair gate.
You will be spoilt for choice with fantastic sandy beaches in North Cornwall, here

HOLYWELL BAY
-Is Moonstones local beach, a huge sandy beach with extensive high sand dunes. Popular with families and surfers. Dog friendly all year round and life guards in the summer. Host to Holywell Bay School of Surf, sunset is amazing perched upon the dunes.
PORTH JOKE
Situated in a deep cove between headlands, with Crantock beach to the north and Holywell to the south. A smaller beach but visit at low tide it is full of rockpools and caves, you might even be luck enough to spot the local seals found there. The beach is dog friendly and not manned by life guards.
CRANTOCK
This beach has a large expanse of golden sand and dramatic grass-topped dunes it sits between the cliffs of the Pentire headlands, whilst the Gannel river flows into the sea from the east. Dog friendly all year round.
