Up to four cars allowed (two at the house, two at reception).
Please Note Ziggy Rock is complete, but the wider Cookswood estate remains under phased development. Some building work may be visible or audible but should not impact your stay. As the estate is a former quarry, paths may be uneven or muddy – we recommend bringing wellies or sturdy shoes for exploring.
Other Things to Note:
While the house is completed, the wider site is still under phased construction. You may notice building activity elsewhere on the estate, but this should not affect your stay. The estate is a former quarry, and the terrain can be muddy, so we recommend bringing wellies or suitable walking shoes if you plan to explore the surroundings.
The house also has parking up to 4 cars. 2 cars can be parked at the house and 2 to be parked at reception.
Please note this property is not a party/ hen do/ stag house as it is situated in a quiet, rural environment.

★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes).
★ Please do not wear shoes inside.
