Villa Callao by Villa Plus
Villa Callao is an attractive 3 bed property that beautifully combines industrial design features with sophisticated furnishings and modern comforts. Outside you’ll find stunning mountain views, a fabulous private pool and your own hot tub, offering the perfect setting to relax. Set in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, the picturesque Playa Flamingo Beach plus a selection of restaurants and bars are all within a 15 minute walk. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
Set in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, Villa Callao is ideally located less than 15 minutes’ walk from the sandy Playa Flamingo Beach. Here you’ll find a handful of restaurants and bars overlooking the sea views. A 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive will take you to the resort centre, with a plethora of bars, restaurants and shops lining the promenade. For a day of fun, the Aqualava waterpark is less than 5 minutes’ walk around the corner, perfect for grownups and children alike! The upmarket Rubicon Marina, with smart restaurants and shops, is a 10 minute drive away.
