Booking through Hotels.com. The advert for this accommodation is very misleading. I booked this accommodation based on its location, free parking, pool and a balcony. The location and accommodation are good. However there is no parking, the pool is closed for renovation, the balcony door doesn't open, and the gym and the rooftop gardens are for residents only. Direct communication with host has proved difficult. However through an online chat I have managed to express my disappointment over the parking situation and mentioned the balcony problem. It would appear that my costs due to the parking situation will be refunded. But I feel I should have been informed prior to arrival of all these issues. I was told that maintenance will fix the balcony but we are on day 4 and nothing has been done. It's a shame because the actual accommodation is good
