Villa Nicolás, built on a single floor, offers three spacious and bright bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious living room is a particularly charming space, with comfortable sofas and large doors leading to an outdoor dining area, to the extensive lawned gardens and to the magnificent private swimming pool. The well-maintained gardens are surrounded by a tall, well-kept hedge, which offers excellent privacy. Well-equipped open kitchen: Oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine and electric water heater. Living room: Comfortable seating, Smart TV, music system, dining area with table and chairs with access to the garden terrace. Bedroom 1: Double bed, hot/cold air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2: Single beds, hot/cold air conditioning. Bedroom 3: Single beds, hot/cold air conditioning. Bathroom with bathtub. The exterior consists of a terrace with table and chairs. Private garden and private swimming pool with outdoor shower with 6 sun loungers and built-in barbecue.

No organisation of parties or events of any kind is permitted.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not accepted.

Tourist Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
