This house was in the perfect location—close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing. The home was very clean and well maintained, and it was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was warm and absolutely perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others!

This was our second time staying at Neil’s VRBO and it was as enjoyable this time as it was 3 years ago! Our family came down for a week to celebrate Thanksgiving and the house and backyard were as comfortable and welcoming as we remembered it. We look forward to coming back on our next visit to Vegas.

Well for a property that has “No” “none” “zero” pine or spruce trees on the property, however the neighbours next doors & HOA ( Home Owners Association ) controls the green strip behind the property, that says I am not to cut or trim the over grown pine trees that are a “nuisance potential wildfire hazard”. Grounds & pool care is weekly. The wind is out of our control😔

great house

we had a lovely stay, family group of 6 adults. Weather hot so was lovely to have the pool to cool off in, the house had plenty of everything we needed for our week. Host was easy to chat with prior to arrival and accomodated us staying into the afternoon on our leaving day as we had a night flight back to uk which made the end of our trip much easier too. would definately recomend this house as a base to explore vegas and surrounding area, close to strip and all the local attractions. the restaurants and shops nearby also much cheaper than eating on the vegas strip.

Great place 10 minutes from strip

Very nice property, much larger than expected. Strip is very short drive away, Henderson casinos even shorter drive (and free parking). Loved the outdoor eating area, pool was great, wifi was fast, neighborhood very nice (and quiet). Host made check in process easy and stress free and was very quick responding to any questions we had throughout the week.

Nice house with lots of room in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Neil when I had questions. The mini golf in the backyard was a lot of fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean house in a nice neighborhood in Henderson, NV. The backyard is amazing with a solar-heated swimming pool, putting green and plenty of shade. Love the place.

This property was great. There was 5 adults in this home and we had more room than we expected. This house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was good size, the yard and pool were exceptional. I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Vegas.

Awesome stay!

We were visiting family for 6 weeks and cannot say enough about Neil and Sherri, not to mention how much we enjoyed the house and backyard. Very quick to respond to any questions and resolve anything needed (added cable TV), which we appreciated. We had our 2 dogs with and they also enjoyed the beautiful backyard. We would highly recommend and will be back to stay!

Always a great time

We have stayed at this house several times, and it is always a great vacation. We love being able to have our four legged kids with us too. We really enjoy being close to the strip but yet far enough away to have the quiet and privacy. Neil & Sherry have always been responsive and attentive to any of our questions or concerns. We hope to be back soon.
