Great house with lots of space for everyone to relax. We used the grill and pool which was very accommodating. Easy access to local grocery and neighborhood was clean. Host was able to respond asap to all questions. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

This property was beautiful with everything right at your fingertips. Owner was very nice, was missing iron took time out of his day to bring one! If u come back to Vegas this is definitely the house to book!!!

Saved our Vacation

After a very bad experience at a different rental property, we found this place and jumped ship. This place is nice. The kids were enjoying the pool within moments of arriving, and the host was really helpful. Great experience, and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation for the rest of our trip.

Family vacation to Vegas

Ari was a wonderful host! He answered text and addressed issues with spa and coffee pot promptly. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, in a quiet residential area.

Nice place and close to amenities in the West Hederson area.

A simple, but nice home. Dealing with the owner was pleasant and the few issues that arose in the home during our stay were dealt with quickly. The pool area is nice with plenty of shady areas. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and spacious!

A lovely and spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. Several very comfortable, reclining couches for a reading or movies on the giant screen TV It had lots of amenities really nice, coffee pot and blender and things that you would need to cook… lots of spices and little extras! ThankYou ! Will stay again!

Dreamy house for family during covid

We had a great time here and loved having access to a pool without worry of crowds, lines, or covid. Or kids were in heaven and swam 3 or 4 times every day. The sleeping arrangements worked out great with 3 closets big enough to put a pack and play in. Close to parks and not too far from the strip.

Enjoyed our stay in large comfy home

We enjoyed our stay in this large, comfy home on our recent visit to Las Vegas. There are recliners in every room and lots of seating areas for a large family. Although it was too cold in February to use the pool, it looked fun and inviting. The home is in an active neighborhood and 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Las Vegas depending upon traffic. Everything was just as pictured.

Pet friendly

Home was as described. Pet friendly for sure. Recommend a good cleaning though. The floors are in desperate need of a good scrub with appropriate cleaning products. Some safety concerns with missing stair pieces, etc. Neighborhood is nice.
