This Private fully furnished house with pool is close to great views, restaurants and dining, Las Vegas Strip is only 10-15 minutes away, 6 minutes from the Henderson Executive Airport and 3 min from the M casino and resort. You’ll love this place because of the neighborhood, the outdoor space, and the location. Families (with kids) and big groups will find this place absolutely perfect. The pool is beautiful year round and the Spa is heated! Also during the Covid-19 we are taking extra cleaning measures as outlined by the CDC and W.H.O. for your safety.

Great location

We were visiting Vegas for my daughter’s wedding and did not want to stay on the strip. The location was perfect . Near tons of restaurants and stores. Outside area with pool and spa was perfect !

Vegas for Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy and in a bold location near the strip but in a quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa and nearby shopping for anything we needed. Would stay again.

Awesome Home in a great location

My family and I enjoyed the this VRBO home. Our son was playing in the NBA summer league and VRBO location was 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the Thomas Mack Arena where the event was being held. I was able to pick up family from the airport attend the event and also cook for them while at this VRBO location. It located by Costso or Sam club and other dept stores if you need to grab food or other items.

Perfect house to stay. It was clean, decorations as awesome. The jacuzzi and pool was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying here and the property owners were excellent!!! Not that far from the strip. Really recommend people to rent this home it's a excellent property and atmosphere.

Birthday Weekend

We came into town to celebrate a family member who lives nearby. This home is well appointed, clean and has everything you need. Extra towels, extra blankets, plenty of dishes and silverware, you just need to bring your food. Costco and Walmart are nearby, as well as lots of other shopping. About 20 minutes from the strip, you can go have fun then come home to a nice, quiet place to rest. It was very comfortable for the 7 of us (all adults). The host responded very quickly when we had a question. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties over the years and this might just be the best one. I highly recommend it.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Everything was exactly as listed. Plenty of room througout the property to accommodate 7 adults a 2 youngsters. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all during our stay. Easy contactless enty made checking in and out a breeze. The location was golden as we were bowling in the All Military National Bowling Tournament at South Point. Decor and layout was top notch, will not hesitate for staying on our next visit. Communication from host was over the top compared to previous stays at other places.......highly recommended. Thank you Daniel and Naz for allowing our group to enjoy our Tournament experience just a little bit more. Best regards Fargo Vets

OMG! Beautiful

Well, you place looks like the listings in every way. That was very important to me. My family felt so comfortable here. We had a family reunion here and we had gatherings here, very accommodating. We enjoyed everything here except we couldn't get the big tv in the masters bedroom to connect. We thought you should know that plus we chalk it up to operator error because we still from the time where you just turned on the tv. We did not sweat it at all. We loved this visit. We had other family members very impressed with this place. I will tell everyone about how good we had it.

Gorgeous, but....

Walking into this house is simply amazing. The fireplace is a beautiful centerpiece, but we spent zero time there. It probably would for better where we were watching tv. The pool was dirty and not heated. The lawncare folks blew dirt and leaves into the pool, making it unusable even if we wanted to. The setup outside however is absolutely gorgeous! If you're there during warmer weather, I'm sure i'll be much better, if its clean. The floors were dirty. There is carpet in the upstairs master bath. The toilets are super low...childlike low. (LOL) The location is ok. I would say rent a car because the uber is expensive. The owner is super responsive.

Wouldn’t recommend

We have booked many VRBO’s and this property is up there with the worst we have stayed in. We had issues from the moment we checked in. We were told the locks would be programmed at 1pm and upon arrival they were not programmed. We made multiple phone calls to the housekeeper/owner. We had to wait in over 100 degree temps for over an hour until they programmed the locks to let us in. Once we got in the house, it smelled so bad of Glade plugs and it gave us an instant headache. Vegas was experiencing a heat wave and the house was so hot. It was 82 degrees upstairs and very miserable to sleep in. We were barely able to be in the house during majority of the rental because of the air freshener smell and how hot the house was. Upon checkout I got an email accusing us of staining their carpet, ruining a chair, and some other things that was simply untrue. The house was very run down when we got there and I feel as if they owner is filing fraudulent claims to upgrade their property. Be aware when booking this house!

Sister-cousin retreat

The house smelled good as we walked in. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We just happened to see the owners, who were in town, as we arrived as they were doing last minute bulb changes, filters, and repairs. They said the pool was dirty from the wind, but it was clean. Just had some leaves in it. They arranged for the pool to be cleaned the next morning. We were short two towels and one pool towel and the owners/service were happy to bring us more towels to accommodate the number of guests. We also requested a broom and dust pan and they obliged. All went well with the stay. It does get stuffy upstairs. All the bedrooms are upstairs. There is a thermostat upstairs for which we put on the fan, but it still got hot at night even during the day (albeit July summer heat range 102-111). Also, since the house is so immaculate, to our surprise, my sister saw was a baby cockroach in the kitchen sink. The next night there was another sighting when my cousin used the sink. We had everything clean before we went to bed. It required us to take extra precautions like rinsing the pots/dishes before we used them, zip locking food items, and putting everything away at night as well as putting the trash can out back. We determined they must be coming up from the sink drain or near the trash can. I alerted the owners, and I believe there is a monthly exterminator that comes out but they were scheduling another one upon our departure. Other than those issues, it was a great stay close to Walmart, the strip, and the airport. Just be sure to read the fine print when you schedule because I noticed an 'additional guest fee' of $200 on the invoice. Apparently, after six guests, they charge $10 for each person for each night.

Great stay in Vegas

The home was exactly as described. It was relaxing and private. The location was close to the freeway and a short drive to the strip. You definitely need a car. There was a small issue with the hot tub but David fixed it quickly. The pool was clean. If you want it heated for your stay definitely ask ahead of time. I forgot to ask and wish I had. He was a great communicator throughout the stay and I felt I could always reach out. He was always kind and helpful. The master bedroom was huge and a great place for couples. The other rooms were comfortable as well. Costco was a short drive away which made shopping super easy. Overall a great stay.

The house is exactly as listed. The layout is great, it’s clean, the spa is really nice. The pool was cold and didn’t have lights but we were able to use it anyway since it was 100 degrees. Easy drove to town really quiet neighborhood. This will be our go to in Vegas!

Great Vacation Home

This house was very conveniently located to all the places we were visiting during our stay. The pool was great, but it was a little dirty on the bottom. Was kinda confusing on how to turn the pool and spa up without going over your allotted degrees before getting an additional charge. Was very well stocked with things to use in the kitchen and the laundry if you needed it. Overall a great place to stay.

PERFECT

After long days of dance competitions, this place was PERFECT. The pool, spa, accommodations as a whole were PERFECT. The WiFi with everyone having gadgets of some sort connected were PERFECT. The location of the property to the strip for entertainment was PERFECT. The location of the property to grocery stores, coffee shops and quick dining PERFECT. The utensils needed for cooking at home and space to store it all was PERFECT. Most importantly, the contact (owner) was very communicative and a joy to work with, which made it a PERFECT stay!!!
