A wonderfully welcoming property that is set over two levels and offers a relaxing coastal theme and seaside vibe. Downstairs, the cottage features a spacious open-plan living area with a cosy wood burner for cooler evenings and sofas and chairs to lounge, chat, or watch TV. A large bay window floods the room with light. There is a step to a contemporary kitchen with everything to make meal preparation a breeze. A shower room completes the downstairs area. Upstairs is a bathroom and three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one with adult-sized bunk beds. Outside is a front-walled garden with five steps up to a platform and five steps down into the garden. The front and back gardens have chairs and a table to enjoy the sunny days.
The charming seaside town of Southwold is a mile away, where you can relax on the beach and stroll around the town, taking in the colourful beach huts and visiting the pier and the lighthouse. There are plenty of opportunities whether you love cycling, golf, water sports or walking. A little further afield is Southwold Maize Maze (2.5 miles), a great day out for the family where you can go karting, take the zip wire and tackle the maze. Explore the Broads from Beccles (13 miles), a pretty market town where you can walk by the river, hire a boat, or join an organised trip.
