About this property

1 Bed in West Bradford (oc-g32100)

Get away from it all in this elegant holiday home for two, nestled within the breathtaking Lancashire countryside. The area is a paradise for walkers, with the Forest of Bowland National Landscape on your doorstep, as well as easy access to popular spots such as Pendle Hill (7 miles) and Scaleber Force Waterfall (17 miles). The bustling market town of Clitheroe is 3 miles away and has a fantastic selection of independent shops and eateries, as well as outdoor markets selling local goods and produce. History enthusiasts will also enjoy a visit to the ruins of Clitheroe Castle, the smallest Norman castle in England. The beautiful Browsholme Hall and Tithe Barn is 5 miles away and is a lovely spot for a picnic on a summer’s afternoon. Alternatively, explore the ancient woodlands and open moorland at Beacon Fell Country Park (14 miles), where the views across the Forest of Bowland and Morecambe Bay are truly spectacular. Further afield, take a day trip to the Yorkshire Dales or Lancashire Coast, both within 30 miles.

The stylish property is set around a courtyard within the grounds of Eaves Hall, alongside two similar holiday homes. Inside, the accommodation oozes elegance, with statement furniture and contemporary accessories creating a beautiful backdrop to your holiday. The main living space is a bright and inviting lounge/kitchen/diner with crisp, clean decor and wooden floors. The glossy kitchen area has everything needed to prepare romantic dinners for two, which you can share at the cute table tucked under the stairs. After dinner, snuggle up on the velvet sofa to watch a movie on the Smart TV. Upstairs, a gorgeous king-size bedroom with plush linens, calming decor, and a Smart TV awaits. Completing the accommodation is a sleek bathroom.

To the front of the cottage is a cobbled patio area with bench seating – the ideal spot to sit with a morning coffee as you plan the day’s itinerary. The property has ample private parking.
