About this property
Attractive Waddington village house
A delightful semi detached property situated in the heart of sought after Waddington village. A lovely quaint village with a babbling brook and beautiful Coronation Garden. The property is deceptively spacious property at the end of a cul de sac. Ideal for a large families or group of friends. Lingmell is newly kitted out to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. As owners we live close by to assist with check in and anything else. The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, and an adjoining living room. Bi-fold doors open out onto the garden area, which has lovely countryside views. There is a second living room with log burning stove for cosy nights in. First floor there are three bedrooms; master bedroom with an en-suite shower; a zip and link bedroom to make either a superking bed or two single beds; and a bunk bed room always popular with children. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Top floor there is a fourth twin room (low ceilings) and a children's snug room with Xbox and tv etc.

Fantastic property, ideal stay for our daughters wedding at Bashall Barn. Everything we needed was at the house, really comfortable and nice beds too. Having our dogs with us was a real bonus and Laura was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Gary for your lovely review. I am glad the weekend ran smoothly for you and your family, and that you enjoyed staying at Lingmell!
We stayed as a family to attend a wedding in the lical area.
Lovely spacious house with a great kitchen overlooking a beautiful garden. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms with powerful showers.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with great seating areas with enough space for everyone in our party of 6.
We only used 1 lounge area, but both rooms were very comfortable.
I would definitely use again if we are in the area.

Would have been perfect if there wasn’t a major building renovation going on in the attached house with noise from builders working. A bit of a surprise on arrival!
Lovely location to explore the surrounding areas. Waddington has great pubs within walking distance. The property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay! I would love to return and recommend it to others. Laura was great and answered any questions I had very quickly!
We had the most amazing time in this beautiful house. It really is home from home, with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The towels and bed linen are of a very high standard and the beds were very comfy. Waddington itself, is a pretty village and the house situated in a very peaceful location. We came from Cornwall to visit family for Christmas and the house was dressed for the occasion which was very much appreciated. The heating had been programmed to come on so the house would be warm for our arrival and there was milk, biscuits and wine. There was also a Christmas card for us which was a lovely touch. Thank you Laura. We will definitely be back 😊
Lovely house and garden, fixtures and fittings, etc. all high quality. Really spacious house with lots of rooms, lots of cupboards, and nooks and crannies - excellent for hide and seek!
A beautiful, homely and comfortable house in a lovely village. Three good pubs within walking distance and a beautiful area for walking. Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend!
