The Cartlodge is beautifully presented throughout; perfect for couples and romantic stays set amidst the beautiful North Norfolk countryside; just 2 miles from the popular village of Old Hunstanton. The overall space has been cleverly designed to allow plenty of natural light to flood in; downstairs is very roomy with a beautiful kitchen with integrated appliances and a relaxed dining space. Upstairs is light and airy with velux windows maximising countryside views and filling the spacious sitting room with light. There is ample storage with built-in wardrobes so you can kick off your shoes, stow away your luggage and relax and start your holiday. The garden is fully enclosed so safe for your four-legged friend, the local Pub ‘The Gin Trap’ is a five minute walk away, serving great food and dog-friendly, specialising in a variety of Gin’s, naturally, there is also a Pub garden to enjoy on warmer days.


Bright and contemporary with high end fixtures and fittings throughout, the lodge provides comfy, relaxed living. Step into the spacious kitchen/diner, perfect for making delicious meals on nights in to enjoy together at the dining table for two. Upstairs you’ll find the lovely bright living area where there’s plenty of space to curl up and watch the Smart TV or put on an old movie. The stylish double bedroom is next door in calming colours for a good night’s sleep with a fitted wardrobe for your holiday garb and a gorgeous en-suite shower room with a luxurious large walk-in shower. Grab the dog and a drink and head outside to the enclosed garden for the evening. Light the BBQ and enjoy dinner al fresco on the decked area as the sun sets across the neighbouring fields.


This spacious retreat is ideally located on the coast road taking you to numerous North Norfolk Villages, beaches and attractions by car, but within easy walking distance of the village pub and restaurant, popular year round with locals and visitors alike. There is a village shop too as well as a variety of countryside and coastal walks to explore close-by including the Peddars Way and Norfolk coastal path. Soft sandy beaches can be found at neighbouring Old Hunstanton where softly coloured beach huts decorate the dunes. Dog-friendly beaches can also be found at Brancaster as well as some fabulous local fish restaurants offering local seafood and fish suppers. Spacious retreat is perfectly placed to explore dog-friendly beaches of Old Hunstanton and Brancaster nearby Brancaster you and your four-legged friend can enjoy an amazing holiday. Ornithologist’s’ can choose from a number of bird reserves with Titchwell marshes a 5 minute drive and a little further around the coast at Cley-next-the-Sea and the RSPB reserve at Snettisham. At nearby Drove orchards which has a farm shop and other retail outlets, eateries include Erics fish and chips/pizza, mims ice cream parlour. The village of Burnham Market is a great place to spend an afternoon exploring Art galleries, boutique shops or perhaps a spot of lunch at the renowned Hoste Arms also offering spa treatments, don’t forget to book ahead!


The Cartlodge can also be booked with 3 Top End Cottages meaning this would be the perfect base for families or friends then sleeping 10 people.
