About this property
3 Bed in Cley (oc-2122)
Whisk away your loved ones plus two canine companions to the historic coastal village of Cley-next-the-Sea for a relaxing coastal break filled with beach visits, dog walks through nature reserves and cosy pub meals. This elegant property is generously sized for six human guests, offering plenty of areas for socialising or some quiet time to yourself – like the traditionally decorated lounge with floral prints, the bright sunroom with soft seating and a large lawned garden.
Kick off your shoes in the hallway and step inside the open-plan kitchen/diner with neutral tones, a bright kitchen with a breakfast bar on the island, an Aga and an antique dining table with seating for eight. Walk through the concertina doors to reach the airy lounge which has plenty of natural light streaming through the bay window plus two plump sofas, an armchair and an open fire. The conservatory is decorated with blues and pinks with comfortable seating. Also on the ground floor is a utility room and a separate WC. Upstairs is a family bathroom, a study and three bedrooms – a super-king-size with an en-suite, a twin and a king-size. Outside is an enclosed garden with seating.
Explore the delights of Cley-next-the-Sea, which is home to a handful of cosy pubs, a book shop, a local art gallery and a large nature reserve where you can stroll around the marshes and enjoy bird watching from the hides (all within 1 mile). You’ll also be just 1 mile from the expansive Cley Beach – which is dog-friendly all year round. From the centre of the village, you can join the North Norfolk Coast Path along the River Glaven through a nature reserve to Blakeney (1.5 miles).
