Recently built, to an exceptional standard, this canal-side cottage offers a versatile and sociable getaway for up to four guests. Situated in rural Warwickshire, 3 miles from the market town of Rugby, the property enjoys a calm and peaceful setting just moments from the marina, while also offering easy access to the attractions and eateries of the bustling nearby town. Rugby is a charming destination, much loved by sports fans. Discover the history of the town’s namesake sport at the World Rugby Hall of Fame and the Webb Ellis Rugby Football Museum, or visit Elliots Field Retail Park for shopping, fast food or a cinema trip. If you enjoy an active lifestyle, you can walk the beautiful canal paths for miles with Hillmorton Locks (0.9 miles) and a quaint café (2.5 miles) along the way, or explore Draycote Water Country Park (6.5 miles), a haven for sailing, fishing and wildlife spotting in the heart of scenic wetlands. Fancy venturing further afield, spend an afternoon at Coombe Abbey (12 miles) or explore history at Warwick Castle (20 miles).
