Warm cosy
Everything was supplied to make a lovely relaxing stay, tulips and the best homemade cake made us feel very special . The only downer was the rain and cool temp which was out of anyone’s control. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Priors Marston
Absolutely delightful cottage set in a gorgeous sleepy little village. Ample space for us both living and sleeping. A great place to be whilst exploring this part of the world. We visited Straford On Avon, Warwick Castle, Bourton-On-The-Water, Drayton Manor Park, Leamington Spa, Cotswold Wildlife Park, and few local pubs for evening meals. Had a wonderful week and we would love to come back again!

Gorgeous character cottage
A lovely converted ( and extended) Smithy. Very comfortable with everything required for guest convenience. Really comfortable bed. The biggest bonus is the EV charging point plus the adjacent cosy pub 😀. The host is most welcoming and the Welcome Pack was much appreciated. We stayed here as it was convenient for visiting an elderly parent but can highly recommend it

Comfortable Cottage in a Beautiful Village
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Smithy, very comfortable well thought out accommodation and dog friendly too. Fascinating history and restoration of the cottage in keeping with the rest of the beautiful village. We will definitely be staying here again.

Heather and I live with our two much loved dogs in a very old property in the beautiful village of Priors Marston.

Why they chose this property

We love Priors Marston and the surrounding area. It's quiet and rural, with lovely walks, whilst excellent shops and places to visit are within easy reach.

What makes this property unique

We restored the outbuildings at our property to provide the sort of accommodation we look for when we go away on holiday. A peaceful place from which to enjoy a lovely part of the country.

An old map revealed that the building had once been a Smithy - hence its name!
