Sleeping five guests, the four-bedroom house offers a balance between a quiet setting and access to the bustling coastal hub, with its shops, restaurants and beach. Also offering dog-friendly accommodation, the holiday home has an enclosed, lawned garden, making it a perfect choice for families. It is 1 mile from the sandy beach, where you can paddle, swim and play on the sand, and the same distance from Southwold’s vibrant shopping area.

Wander inside to find a warm welcoming and homely accommodation. The lounge/diner has comfortable seating where you can all kick back in front of the TV after your exciting days out. Light the open fire here on chilly days to bring a cosy glow to the space. Slide open the doors on to the garden in the summer. Sit down to the homecooked meals that you have prepared through in the well-equipped kitchen. A utility room, the family bathroom and two bedrooms are also downstairs. The bedrooms include a king-size, with an en-suite shower room, and a single. Head up to the first floor to find two more single bedrooms, one with a pull-out single truckle bed that can be used to create a double. Please discuss this at booking. Make the most of your outside space on fine days. Supervise the children and pets as they play then relax with a glass of something chilled as the sun sets. There is parking here for two cars.

Venture out along the Suffolk Heritage Coast to discover its beauty for yourselves. Visit picturesque Covehithe, 4.5 miles away, where there is a beautiful beach and ruined church with a smaller church inside.
