With high end furnishings and fittings, you’ll feel at home as soon as you put your bags down. Kick back and relax in the light-filled living room with French doors to the garden. Watch the Smart TV or grab a book from the DVD and book library in the dining room, the perfect space for enjoying meals together around the table. The kitchen is well-equipped for rustling up meals and has a breakfast table and chairs for less formal meals. There’s a handy shower room and WC on the ground floor, and two further bathrooms, along with the three bedrooms, upstairs: two pretty doubles, one has an en-suite shower room, and a good-sized single room, and a family bathroom. Enjoy balmy evenings eating al fresco on the suntrap patio while the kids play in the fully enclosed garden.

Reydon is a beautiful, leafy village with two shops, one very close by, and a relaxed hotel serving delicious meals and afternoon tea. Walk, drive, or catch the bus to Southwold, the quintessential seaside town (1.5 miles away). Pack your buckets and spades and spend the day on the beaches, Southwold Pier Beach, and Southwold Denes Beach, where you can while away the day paddling, lazing, paddle boarding and swimming. Kids will love Southwold Maize Maze (1.5 miles) with outdoor activities, walks, go karting and a cafe too. You’ll find eateries for all tastes and budgets in Southwold, and a great range of independent shops and boutiques to explore.
