There is a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV, plus space to dine just opposite. Two steps lead up into the contemporary kitchen. This well-equipped space has everything you need for your self-catered stay. A door leads from here into a handy separate WC. Heading back into the lounge/diner, you will find a staircase rising to the first floor. There are three bedrooms to choose from with the first being a king-size at the front of the property with a fabulous balcony and views of the countryside. Next is an inviting twin, again with countryside views. Set to the rear of the property and overlooking the garden is a charming single room. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with a shower over the corner bath and a WC.


Heading outside via the door from the kitchen, you will find a fully enclosed garden bordered by established shrubs and terraced lawns. There is a picnic bench ideal for family meals.
