An ideal base for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, the stylishly decorated cottage lies on the outskirts of the village, just half a mile from the RSPB’s tranquil site at Titchwell Marsh. Heading west along the coast, the picturesque village of Holme-next-the-Sea (2 miles) has a beautiful, unspoilt beach, before you arrive at the traditional seaside town of Hunstanton (5 miles), with its promenade, amusement arcades, shops and Esplanade Gardens. To the east, Brancaster is home to the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club (3 miles), or you can head inland to Burnham Market (7 miles) with its range of independent boutiques. Local attractions include Holkham Hall, the Sandringham Estate, Creake Abbey and Houghton Hall, all within 15 miles.


Entering this inviting property through its eye-catching turreted porch, the welcoming hallway is the best spot to kick off sandy shoes before stepping left into the delightful lounge. The patio has plenty of garden furniture and provides an ideal space for sitting back with a morning coffee. A couple of steps lead to the upper level, with a small lawn and a charming, paved area with more furniture, perfect for dining alfresco on a summer’s afternoon. Private parking is available for up to five cars.
