By the front door is a small dining area with a table for four, and ahead of you is the compact kitchen, fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Step through to the lounge, with its soft seating and Smart TV – perfect for lazy nights in. Full of light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, this room has tranquil views over the deck and garden. The charming double bedroom features a traditional-style metal bed and ample storage, and there’s a twin bedroom (with 2’ 6” beds) that also has views of the garden. The two bedrooms share a family shower room. The bungalow’s outside area is extensive and includes a deck with furniture for outside dining. Take five steps down to a paved area with sun loungers, or descend more steps to the lowest level. You’ll have parking for two cars at this property.
Stroll less than 200 metres and you can be at the friendly village pub or the handy shop, while next door to the cottage is the historic Trelowarren Estate, where there’s a high-quality restaurant and miles of public walks. Quiet Gunwalloe Church Cove Beach is just 7 miles away, while the foodie town of Porthleven is 7 miles away. Garden lovers will enjoy Trebah and Glendurgan (both 8 miles), while for little ones, the Cornish Seal Sanctuary is only 2 miles away.
