Channel View's excellent seafront location boasts fantastic sea views across to the harbour, Mounts bay and the magical St Michaels Mount with it's medieval castle. The home is a short level stroll to the harbour and excellent travel links of the lively coastal town of Penzance. Many shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs and supermarkets are within a short distance of the property. The wider local area is easy to travel to as train, bus, ferry or helicopter links are all within walking distance. With numerous local beaches, bays, coves, megalithic sites, small towns and villages to explore or the Isles of Scilly if you are more adventurous! The apartment was refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home!
This ground floor apartment boasts 2 bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin plus an extra foldout guest bed, Living room with TV, Hifi & DVD, Dining area, Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with washer-dryer, enclosed rear courtyard, Front sea-view picnic area.
No parking on the property - There is free on street parking which is sometimes hard to find but there will be a space somewhere nearby.
National and regional train and bus stations are very close to the property as are ferry and helicopter services to the Isles of Scilly. This makes public transport a very good option for your trip.
No stairs - You could stay on the level you enter the building but steps are required to enter. Entry via the rear could be arranged for step free entry.
No smoking
Dogs are welcome with prior consent and a small charge due to extra cleaning required. You must also adhere to the rules in the house manual. Please contact us with the details prior to making a booking if you wish to bring one with you.
No parties or events.
Check-in time is after 4PM.
Check out is by 10AM at the latest.

We bought the property for our family as we live away and have numerous links with the area so visit frequently whenever we can. Its ideal to hop on the train and get away to this lovely little town at the end of the line!
Why they chose this property
The spectacular views from the front aspect and Ideal location close to the Southwest Coast path are an ideal base to explore the area. Within easy reach of St. Ives, Hayle, Sennen, Minack Theatre, Marazion, Newlin, Mousehole and the Lizard with all its coves and secluded beaches make Penzance an excellent base for your holiday in Southwest Cornwall.
What makes this property unique
The Apartment is perfectly located on the Sea-front a very short walk from the harbour, train and bus stations. The vibrant town of Penzance - with all its shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs are also very close by. There are many lovely coves, beaches, and other fantastic natural wonders nearby. So forget the car, why not leave it behind and take the train? If you do come by car, there are some free parking spaces close by.
