A favourite for families is to board a steam train at the famous Severn Valley Railway in Bewdley (14 miles) or spend a day at the West Midland Safari Park (15 miles). For more local adventures, visit the welcoming village of Broadheath (1 mile) where a popular microbrewery awaits, while the vibrant town of Tenbury Wells (6 miles) showcases charming streets of listed buildings, independent shops and inviting places to eat and drink. More popular local hotspots with plenty of history to discover include Leominster and Ludlow, both of which are within 17.5 miles and Bewdley, a riverside market town (12 miles).
