Lacona Apartment is the ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a holiday on Elba Island focused on comfort, nature, and tranquility. Located on the ground floor of the brand-new Villa di Sogno, the apartment features a private outdoor area with sea view — perfect for enjoying the sun, the panorama, and open-air living — with access to the villa’s swimming pool.



Spacious and bright, the apartment consists of a living area with kitchen and dining space, a double bed and an extra single bed, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside, the private terrace is furnished with table, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for outdoor lunches, dinners, or relaxing moments.



The villa consists of three independent apartments. Lacona Apartment can be booked individually, sharing the swimming pool with other guests, or the entire villa can be reserved for an exclusive stay with private use of the pool and outdoor spaces.



Like all the apartments at Villa di Sogno, Lacona offers air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, covered parking space, shared washing machine, and access to the beautiful infinity pool with sun loungers and solarium area. The owners, present during certain periods of the year, have access to the pool and provide discreet assistance and valuable tips to experience the authentic Elba.



The villa, modern and elegant, is surrounded by the Mediterranean nature of Lacona and guarantees peace, privacy, and a panoramic location, just 2 km from Lacona’s sandy beach, 10 km from Capoliveri, and 9 km from Portoferraio. Built with attention to aesthetics and sustainability, it features photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, underfloor heating with heat pump, and a private well — combining modern comfort with environmental respect.

The swimming pool is shared with guests of the other apartments (3 apartments in total). During certain periods of the year, the owners stay in their apartment within the villa, ensuring assistance while maintaining maximum discretion.



Bed linen and towels can be brought by guests or rented upon request at €20 per person.

Check-in after 7:30 PM is available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed ONLY UPON REQUEST, with a supplement of €50 per stay (pets are not allowed in the pool area).
